Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and have all original Brava Lingerie tags and hygiene seals intact.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label or your own postage, then drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
